Some details to read before registering for RFP17

I. Your registration is done in two steps:

Step 1: A pre-registration by clicking on the link above:

This pre-registration must be validated by our services. After that, you will receive an email confirming your pre-registration (check your spam) and inviting you to confirm your registration.

Step 2: Confirmation of registration

At the end of your registration confirmation, you will receive by email an ORDER FORM (look at your SPAM) which includes the details of your registration and the information necessary for your payment (BC, bank transfer, cheque).

If you notice that you have made a mistake in your registration before validating the payment, do not hesitate to send an email to GestionLLL@univ-orleans.fr.

II. Rates - 20% VAT (the 3 lunches and gala dinner are not included)

Registration is mandatory even in the case of free admission. This is in order to make the necessary arrangements with the service providers.

III. The authorized payments are as follows:

• Order Form

• Transfer (indicate in heading: RFP17/Your name)

• Credit card
  

• Cheque (made out to agent comptable secondaire du CNRS and to be sent with a copy of the registration form to the address indicated on the form)

Attention: For CNRS management organizations: no payment by CNRS purchase card (make an order form at UMR 7270 - LLL - Division Code 2738)

V. It will not be possible to register on the days of the conference, nor to pay in cash.
